One of the main goal of the project is to identify curriculas for each of the three target groups working for WISEs (workers with support needs, job trainers/coaches and managers.

Once prepared, you will find here for each profile the main findings in the framework of the project : the identified skills gap, the persona, the curricula and occupational profile.
