Skills needs and skills gaps in WISEs - the B-WISE project

During this webinar, we will present you what are the skills needed to work in a WISEs (whether you are a manager, an enabler or a worker in integration) and what are the current main skills gap for WISEs workers. 

The webinar will be divided in two, first the presentation of the first findings of the B-WISE project concerning skills needs and skills gaps for WISEs workers. 

Then a presentation of good practices and the skills developped on the ground.
