30-09-2022

All the partners met online to discuss the next steps of the project!

The great news is that the Report from Work Package 1, prepared by EURICSE, on “the trends and challenges for work integration social enterprises (WISEs) in Europe. Current situation of skills gaps, especially in the digital area” has been finalised! A last check of the layout is underway and it will be published officially in the next few weeks!

The second report, linked to WP. 2 “Report understanding user (digital) skills needs in WISEs”, prepared by Idee in Rete, is also well under way. During the meeting, the partners were divided into breakout rooms to exchange recommendations and ideas to improve it regarding specific topics such as technology and digitization, personas, scenarios and policies. The report is almost finished and should be completed by the end of October.

The partners have already started to work on WP3 T3.1 “Development of Occupational Profiles in the WISEs sector”. The partners started collecting data and CESUR, the partner in charge, will prepare the report about the general aspects of the profiles and describe their characteristic following the ESCO methodology. The report should be ready for November. The other tasks within WP3, which will lead to the development of training curricula and tutorial toolkits for teachers and trainers, have also started under the guidance of JKU.

The partners then exchanged more generally about the project and how to approach the next steps in order to improve the training and the MOOC. They will meet again next month in Riga for the project General Assembly!
